Shipping:
Shipments will be by parcel mail unless otherwise specified or requested (and paid for) by the cistomer. All shipments are insured at a value of $100 or the purchase price, which ever is lesser. Additional insurance is available on request. Shipments are made within 48 hours of payment and to the USA take 7 to 14 days usually. Delivery within Canada is within 7 days. Packages sent to the USA weighing over 2 pounds will have tracking information. All packages within Canada can be tracked. Shipments to Europe and elsewhere can take anywhere from 3 to 12 weeks and can be tracked only if they weigh more than 2 kgs. Upgraded shipping is available at cost.
